As part of the new agreement, we are pleased to inform you that parents should only accept THE TOU once for all children at home. We hope this will facilitate this process for our customers. Any transactions with third parties (including advertisers) contained in or via a link to the Xbox.com website or participation in promotions, including the provision and payment of goods and services, as well as any other conditions, guarantees or assurances related to such transactions or promotions, are exclusively thwarted between you and the advertiser or other third parties. Microsoft is not responsible for or responsible for any of these transactions or promotions. From time to time, we update and complement the features and services we offer via Xbox Live.

For example, we recently withdrew Microsoft Points in favor of local currency. If we make some of these changes, Microsoft needs to update xbox Live (ToU) terms of use. To continue using Xbox Live, you – or your relative – if you are a minor, you must accept this updated agreement. “In the Xbox area and in terms and conditions, we have updated the Xbox title [and] Xbox Live has been changed to return to the Xbox online service,” the updated contract clause states. Software and content (if applicable) made available for download by the Xbox.com website, with the exception of software that can be made available by end-users via a communication service (“Software”), is the copyrighted work of Microsoft Corporation and/or its suppliers.
